Training
The Osborne Partnership provides vocational skills based training for people with learning difficulties wanting to go to work, or, get back into work. This includes both accredited and non-accredited training covering a range of qualifications including manufacturing, warehouse and distribution, recycling, horticulture, conservation and ICT.
Through training, our partners learn work based vocational skills but emphasis is also placed on gaining transferable skills that opens up further employment opportunities following completion of courses. The non accredited training can cover interview techniques, health and safety, manual handling and drawing up CV's, all carried out in house at our dedicated unit.
Some of the accredited training opportunities offered are;
