Into computers? Or want to learn basic computer skills?
We have a mobile ICT suite which consist of laptops, tablets and digital cameras – everything you need to become more digitally familiar. It is mobile so that we move around the services enabling other projects the opportunity to use the equipment as needed.
What to expect
Partners taking part in this project can be expected to learn:
- Health and safety of using a computer
- Basic computer skills
- Basic typing skills
- Basic word skills - cut, paste etc
- How to se paint (Software)
- Basic internet skills - How to shop online, how to use TFL planner, check store times etc
- Safety Online - trolls, scammers, fraud etc
- Social media safety
- How to help and be part of our quarterly newsletter
- How to help make posters, flyers, recipe books
- How to take photos on a digital camera
- Entry Level 3 accredited course in ICT (optional)
