Another of our distinctive and dynamic business units here at Osborne Partnership with both a backroom ‘sorting’ function and a community facing retail shop outlet. This exciting programme is one of our employability focused services aiming to teach Partners important workplace experiences.
Textiles Project
TOP Textile Recycling programme is an opportunity to learn and practice skills needed to explore opportunities for future employment. Set within Osborne Partnership we have TOP Community Shop which is open to the community and the busy TOP Textiles room which is a hive of activity with our team processing stock ready for the shop. Our doorstep collection service is an opportunity to get out into the community. There is also an opportunity to achieve a certificate on an accredited retail course.

Partners can participate in a number of different roles in our TOP Textiles Retail Service. But more importantly for some, they can gain an accredited Entry Level 3 certificate – Working in Retail. This accredited course represents an excellent opportunity for Partners to gain real workplace employability skills in the industry and can support them into paid employment whether on a part time or full-time basis.
Partners who are successful in their learning and training receive an accredited learning certificate which highlights their specific achievements and the learning journey they have travelled.
